Alleviating the Bauxite Maritime Supply Chain Risks through Resilient Strategies: QFD-MCDM with Intuitionistic Fuzzy Decision Approach

With the development of global economy and energy supply chain, uncertainty complexity bauxite maritime chain (BMSC) has been further increased. Determining crucial risks improving chain’s resilient capacity based on operation objectives become important, in order to ensure sustainability competitiveness BMSC. This paper combines quality function deployment (QFD), a multi-criteria decision method (MCDM), intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS); an integrated methodology is developed achieve efficient design BMSC strategies (RESs), taking into account both customer requirements (CRs) risk factors (RFs). A combined weighting employed determine each CR’s importance. decision-making trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) adopted RFs’ interrelationships. The results obtained with MCDM are incorporated QFD construct two-stage house (HoQ) model, which transforms CRs RFs, then RESs. real case Guinea–China import studied demonstrate applicability validity proposed framework.
